Legal Specialist 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Pensacola, FL 32526 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Specialist to provide legal support and advice across a range of matters, including contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in legal environments who possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on contracts, compliance issues, and dispute resolution Draft, review, and analyze legal documents Ensure adherence to legal regulations and compliance standards Conduct legal research and provide risk assessments Collaborate with internal departments to support legal needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Finance, Business, or a related field Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification preferred Legal experience in a law office or court setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Proactive and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
