Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents and contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Prior experience in legal document review, compliance, or contract analysis is highly desirable. Strong understanding of legal terminology, contractual agreements, and document management best practices. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify key information within complex documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with stakeholders.
