Position Overview:

B&M Law Group, PLLC is a boutique law firm based in South Florida, dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in real estate, estate planning, and business law. We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) to be the first point of contact for prospective and current clients. This team member will play a critical role in ensuring an organized, welcoming, and professional environment for all client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member Conduct initial client intakes in both English and Spanish Accurately enter and update client information into the firm’s case management system Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients Prepare basic intake summaries and relay important details to attorneys Assist with client billing, including processing payments and sending reminders Provide general administrative support, including scanning, filing, and correspondence Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information Help maintain an organized and client-focused office environment

Qualifications:

Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required) Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience , preferably in a legal or professional services setting High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or legal office experience a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with legal case management software is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, courteous, and client-service oriented

Compensation and Schedule:
