As our Intake Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming voice and friendly face that connects potential clients to justice. From the first phone call to the initial case file, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting new and prospective clients during a crucial moment in their lives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs) Answer calls and greet walk-ins with professionalism and empathy Speak with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies Onboard new clients by completing intake documentation and creating case files Conduct preliminary research to assess case potential Schedule consultations between clients and attorneys Support other intake and administrative tasks as needed What You Bring Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Bilingual English/Spanish Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Meticulous attention to detail and solid organizational skills Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information A warm, professional demeanor and a commitment to exceptional service A high school diploma or GED required What We Offer 401(k) Retirement Plan Group Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) We value our employees and are committed to fostering a workplace that supports their well-being both professionally and personally.
