Do you have personal experience that can inspire and support individuals in their mental health journey? If so, we want you to join our dedicated team in the Behavioral Health Department! Provide one-on-one support and guidance to individuals facing mental health challenges. Share your personal experiences and insights to foster hope and resilience in others. Assist clients in setting and achieving their personal recovery goals. Facilitate support groups and community activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Qualifications:

• Lived experience in recovery from mental health or substance use challenges. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide empathetic support and encouragement. Certification as a Peer Support Specialist is a plus, but not mandatory.
