JOB DESCRIPTION
The key responsibilities include using Cityworks software to track service requests and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Handling frequent phone communications, especially during adverse weather conditions. They will collect and analyze information from various sources, including department websites and emails, to support decision-making processes. Additionally, the candidate will receive calls and emails, enter information into the system, and coordinate with investigators and engineers to provide timely feedback to customers. They will maintain and update spreadsheets to track service requests, run reports, and ensure data accuracy using Excel, Word, and Outlook. The candidate must quickly adapt to changing processes and requirements, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience. High school diploma. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficient in Excel (including intermediate formulas), Word, and Outlook.
