The Loss Prevention & Recovery Collector is responsible for contacting over 75-day and charged-off accounts, place accounts with the external collections vendor, send collection letters if needed, contact potential charge-off accounts to obtain collection in order to prevent charge-off, work and resolve assigned client disputes, prepare various charge-off and recovery management reports, answer and resolve in-bound calls placed to the Corporate Billing Customer Service Queue, if time permits performs the duties of a Collector.
