The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations. Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities and identify potential security breaches. Implement conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify vulnerabilities or safety hazards. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and reporting it accordingly. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred. Certification in conflict management is a plus. Familiarity with surveillance technology, including CCTV systems. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques. Ability to perform first aid and CPR; certification in these areas is desirable. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A militarized background is beneficial but not mandatory.
