We are in search of a dedicated Loss Prevention, Safety, & Security professional to join our family. In this important role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and security of our guests, Team Members, and assets. You will play a key part in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while diligently protecting our property and people. Your keen observation skills and proactive approach will help us prevent losses and create a secure environment for all who enter our establishment. Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess the property to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
Conduct routine patrols of the premises to ensure safety standards are being maintained.
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies and take appropriate action.
Implement and enforce safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Investigate and document any incidents or suspicious activities in detailed reports.

Requirements:

Experience in loss prevention or security, preferably in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Strong observational and analytical skills to identify potential risks before they escalate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with security systems and protocols, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
