This role is crucial in maintaining the safety and security of our assets, employees, and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and a proactive approach to loss prevention, ensuring that our environment remains safe and secure. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities or potential theft. Conduct regular surveillance of the premises to deter criminal activity. Engage in conflict management and resolution when necessary, ensuring a safe environment for all. Prepare detailed reports documenting incidents, findings, and actions taken. Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies. Train staff on security protocols and best practices for asset protection. Experience Previous experience in loss prevention or asset protection is preferred but not required. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Knowledge of criminal investigation processes is a plus.
