The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, located at 1 Lincoln Rd, Miami, FL,33139 currently has the following opportunity: Chief-Loss Prevention (15000141): Patrol all areas of the property;secure rooms; assist guests with room access. Conduct emergencyresponse drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections,investigations, interviews, and key control audit. Monitor ClosedCircuit Televisions and alarm systems. Authorize, monitor, anddocument access to secured areas. Assist guests/employees duringemergency situations. Respond to accidents, contact EMS oradminister first aid/CPR as required. Gather information andcomplete reports. Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents,release information to authorized individuals. Defuse disturbancesin accordance with company policies and procedures. Resolve safetyhazard situations. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Escortunwelcome persons from the property. Ensure compliance withalcoholic beverage control laws. Call for assistance using propercode responses. Provide proper paperwork to employees. Assistmanagement in training, motivating and coaching employees; serve asa role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of FairTreatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company policies andprocedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditionsto manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensureuniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protectcompany assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs;thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others usingclear and professional language; prepare and review writtendocuments accurately and completely; answer telephones usingappropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive workingrelationships with others; support team to reach common goals;listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of otheremployees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
