The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, located at 455 Grand Bay Dr,Key Biscayne, FL, 33149 currently has the followingopportunity: Coord-Guest Recognition (140026BE): Supply guests with directionsand information regarding property amenities, services, and hoursof operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Contactappropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Front Desk,Housekeeping, Engineering, Security/Loss Prevention) as necessaryto resolve guest call, request, or problem. Follow up with gueststo ensure their requests or problems have been met to theirsatisfaction. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately,completely, and legibly. Respond to special requests from guestswith unique needs. Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnelfor escort and delivery of amenities. Follow all company policiesand procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe workconditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance areclean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge allguests according to company standards; anticipate and addressguests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Speak with others using clear and professional language; answertelephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others; support team to reachcommon goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations andstandards. Identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, orprocesses to increase organizational efficiency, productivity,quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift,carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job dutiesas requested by Supervisors.
