As anAsset Protection Partner, you protect the assets of the storeagainst theft. Working with the District Asset Protection Manager,you will partner with store leadership in the development andexecution of Safety and Shrink Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Heighten and maintain store Asset Protection awareness byattending and participating in store meetings, new hire trainings,and continuous Beauty Advisor trainings Welcome all to the world of beauty Lead with passion and heart Imagine fearlessly, make it happen Grow together, win together Inspire, uplift, and celebrate Support Store Leadership and staff during peak hours on theselling floor Utilizing CCTV system(s), exception-based reporting toinvestigate internal and external losses as directed by theDistrict Asset Protection Manager Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerningapprehensions, search and seizure, and the preservation ofevidence Testify in court on behalf of the company, in any case,criminal or civil, to which you are summoned Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hiredin a multi-store area
Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum 1-year Operations, Loss Prevention, Security or AssetProtection experience in a service environment Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours suchas nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift, with orwithout accommodation Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements (as required bystate or local jurisdiction) Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and other policies in theSephora Employee HandbookWhile at Sephora, you’ll enjoy
