Description:

Verifiable Retail Loss Prevention experience and skills in the actual process of detecting, observing, apprehending, and interviewing shoplifters. Must have dependable transportation. Position includes walking the sales floor up to 8 hrs per work shift. Protects company from both internal and external theft and shrinkage. Observes and reports potential safety and security hazards. Capable of investigating and detaining subjects when necessary, completes reports, cooperates and partners with law enforcement agencies as needed. Candidate should have courtroom-quality report writing and computer skills, excellent observation skills, and experience with handling confidential investigations and information in a professional manner. Experienced with CCTV system operation, video and image review, analysis, and exporting/archiving. Reports directly to Store Manager and Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
