High school diploma and at least one year of financial institution experience is required. Responsibilities of the Loss Prevention Associate Communicating with various stakeholders via phone, secure message, and email to validate and confirm information and transactions authorization Assisting with monitoring systems alerts review Acting as the main point of contact for departmental administrative processes Assisting with potential fraud case management Supporting department initiatives related to efficiencies improvements Ensuring compliance with required policies and regulations
