My client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support their legal team in various aspects of litigation and legal research. The ideal candidate will assist in case preparation, manage legal documentation, and collaborate with attorneys to ensure efficient case management and compliance with legal procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date
Assist with e-filing of court documents and maintain filing systems
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as necessary
Prepare trial exhibits and evidence for court
Support attorneys in trial preparation and strategy discussions
Maintain knowledge of current laws and regulations related to litigation and legal practice Qualifications Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution
Proven experience as a Paralegal in litigation, preferably in commercial and civil litigation
Strong understanding of legal terminology and legal research techniques
Familiarity with e-filing systems and legal documentation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software
