Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Manage and maintain managing attorney’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Create, collaborate and design social media marketing campaigns
- Comfortable with operating Social Media platforms & technology
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with personal tasks as assigned
- Case management, research and filing
- Accounts payable / Accounts receivable
Qualifications:
- Paralegal experience and / or certification (preferred, but not required)
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Social Media platforms & technology (cameras and other equipment) (or strong ability to learn)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
