$80,000 – $90,000+ Birmingham, AL Our client is searching for an In-house Legal Project Manager/Paralegal to play a vital role in supporting their global operations. They are looking for someone with paralegal experience as well as real estate law experience. The right candidate will be extremely detail oriented. Corporate international experience is a huge plus! This hire will be instrumental in supporting the Chief Legal Counsel, managing a wide array of legal projects, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of a dynamic legal department. Job Description:

You will be at the forefront of legal project management, determining the appropriate internal or external resources for various legal issues (like outside counsel or special counsel in specific countries). This role offers unparalleled exposure to all aspects of the legal department’s work; you will gain insights into diverse legal matters and contribute across the board. You will also assist in drafting minutes and participate in board meetings, playing a key role in corporate governance. This position is designed for significant professional growth, offering continuous learning opportunities as the legal department expands. To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have: Strong paralegal experience. Experience in real estate law is a must-have. Corporate law experience, whether gained in a law firm working with corporate clients or in-house. Experience with corporate international matters, such as managing subsidiaries in other countries, is a significant plus. A detail-oriented personality who is meticulous in their work. The most crucial quality is your ability to quickly grasp new concepts, learn on the fly, and independently figure out next steps.
