Job Description
Legal Administrative Assistant
Dunn & Associates is a boutique trust and estates firm based in Birmingham. Our practice
consists of estate administration and litigation, estate planning, and guardianship/conservatorship
matters. Our office consists of two attorneys and many individuals in supporting roles. We are
seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive individual to assist in the daily operations of
our firm. This individual will be required to keep all client files organized with new filings in
addition to, communicating with clients. As a legal administrative assistant, you will need to
communicate efficiently and effectively with potential new clients. A major part of your role
requires strong phone communication which includes: scheduling initial consultations, taking
client payments, and speaking with banks, hospitals, and other professionals. Additionally, you will
complete new client intake forms ensuring the attorneys have all necessary information prior to
meetings. The ideal candidate would work part-time, 4 days a week from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Candidates may email a cover letter and resume to Associate Attorney, Tara Leahy
