What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage litigation cases from start to finish, including discovery and trial prep. Draft, edit, and file subpoenas, pleadings, and legal correspondence. Schedule and coordinate depositions, meetings, and court dates. Maintain legal calendars and ensure deadlines are met. Conduct research via PACER, SJIS, LEXIS, and other platforms.
