Located in a modern, professional office in Birmingham’s vibrant business district Compensation $60,000-$75,000 salary range What You’ll Be Doing Draft and prepare legal documents including discovery and pleadings
File documents with both federal and state courts
Conduct thorough legal research using Nexis and other tools
Monitor legal deadlines and manage documentation
Maintain detailed and accurate case records
Collaborate with attorneys to support trial preparation
Work closely on several upcoming complex litigation matters What You’ll Need to be Considered Exposure to complex litigation cases
Strong drafting experience (discovery and pleadings)
Experience filing in both State and Federal courts
Proficient with legal research tools like Nexis
Medical malpractice or plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
Legal certifications are a plus but not required
