Key Responsibilities:

Estate Planning Support (Primary Focus): Drafting and updating estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.) Managing client communications and follow-ups Assisting with organizing and finalizing signing packages Tracking status of client matters and keeping case files updated

Personal Injury Support:

Assisting with intake and case organization Conducting legal and factual research Preparing materials for settlement demands or trial preparation

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with legal document software and case management systems (we’re happy to train on specifics)

Position Details:
