Personal Injury Paralegal Position Available In Jefferson, Alabama

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in Birmingham, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist attorneys during trial.
