Personal Injury Paralegal
Job description: Our firm is looking for an experienced personal injury Paralegal. This position is needed for an established attorney with a successful plaintiff’s personal injury practice. The candidate will have significant on-the-job experience in managing mainly non-litigation and some litigation personal injury files. The total compensation package will be competitive for a Birmingham-area law firm and negotiable based on the candidate’s experience, skill set, and devotion and ability to perform consistent high-level work
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include drafting documents, pleadings, court filings, emails and correspondence as well as scheduling hearings and mediations. Frequent and regular communications with clients, attorneys and other professionals in person and by phone.
