Compensation:
Commensurate with experience! What you’ll be doing (duties of this position): Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
Manage new matter intake, including conflict checks and engagement letters
Coordinate legal closings, prepare binders, and maintain document systems
Support scheduling, meetings, and calendar management for transactional deadlines
Conduct online research and public records reviews
Provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys
Mentor junior support specialists and collaborate within a firm-wide team What you’ll need to be considered (requirements): Transactional law support experience strongly preferred
Experience with NetDocs, Elite, or ChromeRiver a plus
Strong interpersonal and client service skills within a legal setting
Self-motivated with excellent time management in high-stakes environments
