Our client, a highly respected law firm in Huntsville, is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Litigation Legal Assistant to support a team focused on probate, estate planning, and litigation matters. What You’ll Be Doing:
Support attorneys in probate, estate planning, and litigation cases
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents
File pleadings in district, state, and federal courts
Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
Communicate professionally with clients and courts
Enter billable time and handle pre-bill edits
Coordinate meetings, travel, and depositions
