Will assist in all types of creditor representation including processing referrals, initiating lawsuits, drafting court pleadings, processing post-judgment collections, etc. Must work well with others in a fast-paced work environment. Collections and/or legal experience a plus, but not required. Most important is good work ethic. Pay is commensurate with experience.
