Law Office Bilingual Assistant Job Brief:

We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant to manage the reception area of our law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet Clients and Visitors:

Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and directing them to the appropriate individuals. •

Answer and Route Calls:

Manage incoming calls, screen them, and forward to the appropriate persons. •

Schedule Appointments:

Coordinate and schedule appointments for attorneys and other staff members. •

Manage Correspondence:

Prepare and distribute legal documents and correspondence. •

Maintain Reception Area:

Keep the reception area tidy and organized. •

Office Services Coordination:

Coordinate office services such as catering, cleaning, and security. •

File Management:

Manage and maintain case files and record systems. •

Mail Handling:

Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries. •

Administrative Support:

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and basic bookkeeping. • Assist with

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. •

Skills:

Legal Knowledge:
