JOB SUMMARY Medical Malpractice Paralegal Connecticut | Hybrid Flexibility
Full-Time | 1-5 Years of Experience About the Role We’re working with a well-established litigation firm in Connecticut that is seeking a Paralegal with experience in medical malpractice. If you have at least 1 year of litigation experience—especially in healthcare or medical defense—and want to grow in a supportive legal environment, this is a fantastic opportunity! What You’ll Do Organize, review, and maintain case files for active litigation
Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and coordinate subpoenas and medical record requests
Summarize depositions, prepare timelines, and track case progress
Work closely with attorneys on high-impact cases in medical malpractice and healthcare defense What We’re Looking For 1+ year of litigation experience (medical malpractice strongly preferred)
Strong organizational, writing, and multitasking skills
Comfortable using MS Office and PDF software (e.g., Nuance Power PDF)
Familiar with Bates stamping and handling large document sets
