atthis time We’re looking for an experienced Patent Paralegal to joinour team on a REMOTE basis and support a growing portfolio ofinnovation-focused clients. This is a hands-on role ideal forsomeone with 5 years of intellectual property experience, whothrives in a collaborative, business-minded environment and iseager to work closely with senior attorneys.________________________________________ What You’ll Do Prepare,file, and manage U.S. and international patent applications,including PCT filings Track and maintain deadlines using patentdocketing systems to ensure timely filings and responses Draft andsubmit formal documents, including IDSs, assignments, anddeclarations Monitor and manage patent portfolios for clientsacross multiple jurisdictions Coordinate and communicate withinventors, foreign associates, and the USPTO Support patentprosecution efforts, including responses to Office Actions andlegal correspondence Assist with due diligence and portfolio auditsas needed Conduct preliminary patent and legal research using toolslike USPTO PAIR and other IP databases Support Managing Partnerwith administrative tasks, scheduling and project management________________________________________ What We’re Looking For 5years of experience in a patent prosecution paralegal role(in-house or law firm) Strong knowledge of USPTO and PCT filingprocedures Proficiency in patent docketing systems Excellentattention to detail and organizational skills Ability to managemultiple deadlines and priorities independently Strongcommunication skills and experience working with clients and legalteams A proactive, business-minded approach to problem-solving andworkflow Interested in hearing more?
