Job Description Position Summary The Sr. Paralegal, Litigation, is responsible for supporting the company’s global litigation matters, including case management, matter tracking, document production, witness interview support, reviewing court filings, managing litigation holds, and assisting with pre-litigation investigations and assessments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with case management of all company litigation and pre-litigation matters (e.g., IP, product liability, business, employment) Coordinate with, and provide support, to both inhouse and outside attorneys Maintain case files Track and ensure compliance with deadlines Participate in case team meetings Coordinate and track document collection Work with IT on email searches and collection Coordinate and track fact collection and interviews of witnesses Coordinate witness preparation for deposition Maintain charts/summaries of document and fact collection Review pleadings Coordinate responses to subpoenas Manage litigation holds Assist with pre-litigation investigations and assessments Assist in other areas if time permits Knowledge & Skills Strong organizational skills: must be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and pay close attention to detail Strong communications skills: must have excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with other employees, the legal team, and outside attorneys Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other relevant technologies Strong interpersonal skills: must be able to work with employees throughout the organization as part of the discovery and case management process Strong time management skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure Ability to exercise a high level of discretion and independent judgment Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required 6-10 years of litigation paralegal experience (preferably including in-house experience) Work Environment This position follows a remote work schedule. This is largely a sedentary role. This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
