Salary:

Job Details We are seeking an experienced Commercial LitigationParalegal with a strong background in complex, high-volumelitigation and e-discovery. The ideal candidate is highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supportattorneys in complex commercial litigation matters. Manage allphases of the litigation process, including document collection,review, production, discovery requests/responses, and trialpreparation. Coordinate and manage large-scale e-discoveryprojects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificatefrom an ABA-approved program strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 yearsof experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on commerciallitigation. Proven experience in e-discovery, including collection,review, and production processes. Familiarity with e-discoverytools such as Relativity, Concordance, or similar platforms. Strongunderstanding of legal procedures, court rules, and litigationterminology. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
