Personal Injury/Family/Divorce Paralegal

Years Experience Required Giuliano Richardson & Sfara LLC 39 Sherman Hill Road, Woodbury, CT 06798 GiGiuliano Richardson & Sfara LLC , a Woodbury, CT law firm, is seeking a full-time experienced Personal Injury/Family/Divorce Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years family/divorce paralegal experience. Must have experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process from intake through trial preparation. High level of attention to detail is required. Must have ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities, work under pressure, and appropriately handle confidential information as well as to communicate professionally with firm staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and will be determined in part by the qualifications of the selected candidate. Immediate start. Serious applicants only. Responsibilities:
Extensive client contact Drafting correspondence, discovery, and other litigation related documents Preparation of financial affidavits and parenting plans Discovery compliance Assisting with trial preparation Creating and/or maintaining records, spreadsheets and files Maintaining calendars Responsibility for managing day-to-day legal casework
