Job Function:

Manage the General Counsel’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other legal documents. Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling logistics. Act as a liaison between the General Counsel and internal or external stakeholders. Conduct basic legal research and compile relevant materials for review. Assist in the drafting and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation. Maintain organized legal files and ensure documentation is current and accessible.

Job Requirements:

2-3 years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment. A bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Common Law jurisdictions. Exposure to technology or relevant industry sectors. Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
