Duties in court include but are not limited to marking exhibits, swearing in witness and recording orders. You will also perform office tasks when out of court. This can include but is not limited to processing orders and filings from court, entering orders and other data into computer systems, answering phones and helping stakeholders at the window.

Minimum Qualifications:

Temporary Paralegals – Graduation from a paralegal studies program, which earns the candidate a Paralegal Certificate, Associates Degree in the field of Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s Degree. Temporary Assistant Clerk – Graduation from an Accredited Law School. •While this job is titled Temporary it is a 35 hour per week position and lasts for a one year term that is renewable. There is also a designation for law school students as a Temporary Assistant Clerk, non-accredited which also pays $19.10 per hour or for law school graduates as a Temporary Assistant Clerk, accredited which pays $21.41 per hour.
