We are seeking a Paralegal Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys’ business needs. Probate experience preferred or willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to support legal proceedingsAssist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documentsInvestigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputesMonitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Record and store client information
