Collections Paralegal Kaye Bender Rembaum P.L. is a large Community Association practice located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Firm is seeking a Paralegal for our Collections Department. Excellent working environment, competitive salary, health care benefits and 401k. Must live within a reasonable distance from the office. Pay rate $28.00 per hour Community Association Law Firm experience is a plus but not a requirement. •We are not looking for Litigation Paralegals – only Paralegals with Collections experience! •
Requirements:
Three to five years of experience in collections or similar field. Must be highly proficient working with large volumes of numerical data. Initiate and manage the debt collection process for a high volume of cases. Able to track and follow-up status on multiple cases simultaneously. Investigate and resolve disputes or discrepancies related to outstanding debt. Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy when posting information in case files and ledger. Strong organizational skills are required to maintain accurate records and documentation for files. Exceptional communication skills working with clients to resolve outstanding debt including payment arrangements or other collection activities.
