Requirements:

2-4 years ofcommercial litigation experience Experience in discovery,depositions, motions, and trial preparation preferred Excellentresearch and writing skills Excellent communication andorganization skills Collaborate with attorneys and assist withvarious tasks. Maintain strict attention to detail in all aspectsof title work. Serve as a point of contact for clients and provideprofessional service. Preferred qualifications include paralegalcertification and a producer title license. Strong knowledge oflegal terminology and proficiency in MS Office Suite and legalsoftware. Commitment to continuing legal education and professionaldevelopment.
