We are a Florida law firm seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Office Assistant.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required (any major considered)
- High academic performance a strong plus
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Key Skills Required:
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and typing proficiency a must)
- Create documents with computer data entry
- e-File legal documents using computer software
- Experience with office equipment: scanner, copier, multi-line phone systems
- Ability to draft and format basic correspondence such as memos and letters
- Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding AI and using it to strategize in a legal environment
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in preparing letters, memos, and simple legal forms
- Scanning, copying, and filing documents
- Answering and directing calls
- Supporting attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day administrative tasks

Fort Lauderdale, FL Hours:
Mon-Fri, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (be flexible)
Compensation:
