Full-Time Position Salary:
$58,000•$80,000, commensurate with experience and language proficiency We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable paralegal to join our established and dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate and litigation law, be fluent in both Russian and English, and communicate with clear, professional English and minimal accent. This role requires not only legal knowledge but also personal integrity, a strong work ethic, and long-term career commitment.
Important:
Applicants living south of Surfside, west of the Turnpike, or north of Broward Boulevard will not be considered. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and prepare case documentation related to litigation and real estate matters. Manage legal case files and ensure all documents are organized and accessible. Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal correspondence. Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance. Communicate effectively with clients in both Russian and English, providing updates and gathering necessary information. Support the law office with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a Florida law firm, with direct work in both real estate and litigation Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written), with minimal English accent Valid U.S. work authorization with no restrictions or upcoming expiration Strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and detail-oriented Demonstrated stability in both work history and personal responsibility Must be a team player with a solid work ethic and professional demeanor Ability to pass a background check and substance abuse screening
