About the
Role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced Probate Paralegal who can manage a large caseload from start to finish, deliver top-notch service to clients, and keep cases moving smoothly. You’ll work closely with our attorneys while independently owning your responsibilities. This position focuses solely on non-litigated probate matters.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage non-litigated probate files from onboarding to completion.
- Draft and e-file pleadings and legal documents.
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Gather necessary information and documents.
- Prepare and send correspondence.
- Ability to manage a large caseload.
- Juggle multiple deadlines while staying organized and accurate.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 1 year of probate paralegal experience (2+ preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage deadlines under pressure
- Experience with Mac computers is preferred, as our firm operates exclusively on Mac OS.
