Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including affidavits, declarations, and briefs.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records of client information.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Answer the phones and follow up with clients.
- Prepare and submit immigration forms and applications to government agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of evidence for immigration hearings and court proceedings.
- Keep calendar reminders updated.
- Keep the case reminders on time.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge in ECAS and Immigration court procedures.
- knowledge in Docketwise is a plus.
- Knowledge on USCIS online account.
