Core Responsibilities:
Assist with preparation and representation clients in immigration interviews and court appearances.
Draft and file a wide range of immigration petitions and documents.
Handle cases related to family and employment immigration law (80% family-based, 20% employment-based).Ensure legal accuracy and timely processing of immigration applications.
Collaborate with the team to provide top quality service to clients
Required Skills:
