Immigration Paralegal RQR Immigration Law Tamarac, FL 33319 Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual, detail-oriented, and motivated Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will speak Spanish and English fluently and has prior experience preparing and filing immigration forms. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and review immigration petitions and applications. Assist in gathering necessary documentation from clients and third parties for case preparation. Communicate with clients regarding their cases, providing updates and gathering additional information as needed. Collaborate with the attorney on project management tasks to ensure timely completion of cases. Experience At least one (1) year of previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal support is required.

BILINGUAL

Spanish and English is a must. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for client interaction and documentation purposes.
