We are seeking a skilled Legal Assistant/Junior Paralegal to provide crucial support to our legal team in the areas of commercial real estate, corporate law, and mergers & acquisitions. This role will involve assisting attorneys and paralegals with document preparation, file management, and general administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the legal field, particularly in corporate and real estate law, and possess organizational and communication skills.

Associate Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with client matter openings, including preparing and submitting forms. Conduct conflict checks and prepare engagement letters. Prepare closing binders using Litera and generate both digital and physical copies. Draft, proofread, format, and edit legal documents under tight deadlines. Scan, save, and file documents into the firm’s document management system (iManage). Process expense reimbursements and other administrative tasks. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to gather information for file opening and document preparation. Support paralegals, attorneys, and other team members with various tasks.
