Kaye Bender Rembaum, P.L. is a high volume, large Community Association practice located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Firm is seeking a Legal Assistant for our Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Department. This is a fast-paced environment! Candidates must be able to juggle multiple tasks and demands and be able to switch tasks depending on the priority. Benefits available the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Matching 401k after one year of employment with entry dates of January and July.
Pay rate:
$25.00 per hour Must live within reasonable commute to Pompano Beach This is an in-office position!
Required skills:
Must be proficient and detailed working with numbers using basic math. Copy, scan file, and send out correspondence and documents for mailing. E-file pleadings with Courts for multiple counties. Maintain status report for open cases. Manage daily/weekly/monthly diary and task calendar for multiple attorneys. Scheduling and confirming hearings, depositions, mediations, trials and meetings. Proficiency with WordPerfect, Word and Microsoft Outlook programs. Must be able to communicate and interact with attorneys, management, and co-workers.
