Ideal candidate will be highly detail oriented, possess excellent Communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving skills, able to efficiently answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, ensuring swift connection to the appropriate party and providing helpful information to inquiring individuals. Our candidate must be adept in facilitating communications (in both English and Spanish) with a high degree of precision and professionalism.

Requirements:

High School Diploma is required. At least 1 year of experience is required in a Legal or Financial environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel (1 year preferred). Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams Excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Must be fluent in Spanish. 3 weeks of PTO given – yearly bonus
