This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage administrative tasks efficiently and support the litigation team with various responsibilities. This position in onsite and only local candidates will be considered. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the litigation team, ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks. Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents and correspondence. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys and legal staff. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and promptly. Conduct research and gather information to support legal proceedings. Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals. Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing necessary materials and documents. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed. Ensure compliance with legal procedures and company policies in all activities. Qualifications Education requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree. 4-5 years of prior experience. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a legal or litigation environment is preferred. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, first shift. Additional Details Salary Range:
