2-3 Years Bilingual Preferred Askew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a dynamic Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team! We are a multi-practice law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in probate, personal injury, and civil litigation. If you are an organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case management, legal research, and drafting pleadings. Prepare and file court documents in probate, personal injury, and civil litigation cases. Manage discovery, including document production and deposition preparation. Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules. Support attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and mediations.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of litigation paralegal experience in probate, personal injury, or civil litigation. Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment. Tech-savvy with proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and legal writing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
