Salary:

HealthInsurance PTO 401k with matching Job Details Key ResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings, discovery, financial affidavits, and other courtdocuments Assist with preparation for hearings, mediations,depositions, and trials Organize and maintain case files andelectronic records Communicate with clients, court staff, andopposing counsel Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, andscheduling Conduct legal research as needed Assist in thepreparation of equitable distribution schedules, child supportguidelines, and alimony worksheets Maintain confidentiality and ahigh level of professionalism at all times Qualifications Minimumof 3 years’ experience as a family law paralegal Strong knowledgeof marital and family law procedures and terminology Proficiencywith legal software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, Microsoft Office, e-filingsystems) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strongorganizational and time-management abilities Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCertified Paralegal (CP) or Registered Paralegal (RP) is a plus Ifyou are a seasoned attorney with a passion for Family law and acommitment to providing exceptional legal service, we would love tohear from you.
